Happy Tuesday friends! Ahh fall… pumpkin spice and all things nice! (And coffee of course!) Sharing a few Starbucks drinks to try this season in today’s post. Not only are they all delish, but a healthier version too!
Let’s start with the obvious one, pumpkin spice latte! A Grande (medium) PSL has 4 pumps of syrup, steamed milk and whipped cream. That’s a lot of calories! My version: Grande 1/2 sweet almond milk no whip PSL. This way, you are cutting the calories in half.
If you enjoy pumpkin and chai lattes you will love this one! My version: I order a venti 1 pump pumpkin, 2 pumps chai, light water, almond milk chai. It’s sooo good! Go ahead and add an extra pump of chai if you prefer it sweeter.
This next one reminds me of Christmas but I love enjoying it on a rainy cold day! If you love white mocha and peppermint, this ones for you! My version: Grande 2 pumps white mocha, 2 pumps peppermint Americano Misto with light water. Yummm!
Another one that comes out this time of the year is the Salted Caramel Mocha. But a Grande has a whopping 8 pumps of syrup! (4 mocha 4 toffee nut) My version: Grande half sweet, no whip, almond milk SCM with a tiny bit of toppings of course!
And sometimes when I am feeling like I just want a basic latte, I order a Grande half sweet vanilla latte with vanilla powder sprinkled on top.
