Rice cakes on their own can be quite boring, don’t you think? I’m always trying to come up with ideas to make snacking more fun so I played around with some sweet & savory toppings for rice cakes. They are only 60 calories per cake or 1 point on Weight Watchers so definitely a great option to have in your pantry! Sharing three delicious ways to enjoy rice cakes below!
One
I loveee using balsamic glaze any chance I can because it’s so delish! For this one, I started with 1/4 mashed avocado seasoned with S&P, then cherry tomatoes cut in half and drizzled with the glaze.

If you have a sweet tooth like me, this ones for you! Start with 1 TBSP of your favorite nut butter (I use peanut butter) and top off with sliced strawberries. YUM!

I am such a big cream cheese fan. I can seriously eat it with everything! I love to buy the tzatziki cream cheese. It adds flavor to all my savory snacks and meals (like my morning omelette too!) Start with 1 TBSP of cream cheese and top off with pickle chips and any type of deli meat. So satisfying! I typically enjoy this in between meals as the protein from the deli meat helps keep me satisfied until my next meal.
